LordHjorth is ready for Playoffs!

We accomplished our primary goal! Mikkel ‘LordHjorth’Bach will participate in Global Series Playoffs on next Friday against the best64 players in the world. With a placement as number 23 on the World RankingLordHjorth secured the Playoffs spot quite early and now we take on the nextbig challenge: Qualifying for FIFA eWorld Cup!

For the past couple of months, we have been working really hard. Qualifying for the FIFA eWorld Cup demands a top 16 placement on the World Ranking which in our case can be obtained by a huge performance at Global Series Playoffs where we need a top 8 placement at least if everything goes as we hope. With a prize pool on $250.000 and the chance of getting enough points for the FIFA eWorld Cup, this is the most important tournament of the year so far and we are looking forward to the challenge.

We have been on a long road of memories, tough challenges and hard work to get to where we are today with LordHjorth. It all started back in December 2017 where we said goodbye to our former world champion, Mohamad Al-Bacha just to replace him with the biggest talent in Denmark and on the exact same day as we announced the signing of LordHjorth, he won his first tournament for Tricked Esport by finishing on top at Elgiganten Grand Slam.

3 months later he qualified for his first two International events, FUT Champions Cup 2 in Manchester and ESWC 2018 in Paris in which he got a Top 16 and top 8 placement. Even tho It wasn’t enough for a Playoffs spot the FIFA 18 season turned out to be a successful year with a lot of national trophies and a lot of international experience.

All this experience and confidence were taken into this season which resulted in qualification to 4 out of 6 FUT Champions Cups, the FIFA eClub World Cup along with our Xbox player Jacob ‘Esser’ Esholm, a second place in the eSuperliga and the qualification to the first ever eChampions League. Summed up LordHjorth has played 8 Pro Points-giving tournaments this season and together with Weekend League he now has 1647 points which gives him a 23rd place on the World Ranking.

This piece of history shows how we want our players to develop while they are a part of Tricked Esport. It’s a long journey with a lot of hard work to reach the top, but Mikkel ‘LordHjorth’ Bach is the perfect example on how a young man with a huge talent can turn into a top player.
